Enterprise in the Montessori Middle School

Enterprise in the Montessori Middle School

In the Montessori Middle School, enterprise is not a simulation, it is real work with real stakes. Through student-run businesses like StarCrafts and StarScents, our adolescents step into the rhythms of adult work: planning, producing, collaborating, making mistakes, and learning from them. Guided by Maria Montessori’s vision, these enterprises invite students to discover their strengths, practise craftsmanship, and experience the meaning of contribution by creating something tangible, offering it to the world, and reflecting on how to do better next time.

Beyond Winning: Movement and Sports at PEP

Beyond Winning: Movement and Sports at PEP

At PEP, movement is not about winning, it is about helping every child feel capable, confident, and at home in their body. Through regular play, sports, and creative movement, children build coordination, resilience, and the quiet confidence that carries into the classroom and beyond. Rooted in the Montessori belief that physical and cognitive development are inseparable, our approach emphasises effort, collaboration, and joy over scores and trophies. Along the way, children discover not just how to move well, but how to support one another, persist through challenge, and grow into themselves.
